Ball in a Cube

Puzzle Details

Made by Tony Fisher in 2008

Weight: 127g
Size: 6cm, as the cubic frame is an Eastheen cube, the inner ball stickers (which are of a thicker material) might let the ball look a little bit out of the cube.

This is a very attractive variation of Tony Fisher's Overlapping Cube. It uses the same mechanism of a 4x4x4 Eastsheen cube as the O.C. making the inner mechanism visible again.

This puzzle has an additional complexity compared to the Overlapping Cube because also the inner ball pieces behind the cube edges are stickered, too. A similar idea was seen already by Jean-Louis Mathieu at the German Cube day 2008 with his O.C. rebuild.
