Andrew Cormier designed and built this puzzle first.
His custom built went for a high price.
In early 2010 suddenly Chinese KO versions of this puzzle appeared. Mèffert then arranged a contract with Andrew about the distribution over the Mèffert web site. The first KO version was integrated into into the Mèffert distribution without obvious changes. The quality seemed to be identical to other Mèffert puzzles.
