Puzzle Details

"Missing Link" is a sliding puzzle with a hole. While the pieces showing the coloured chains can be moved along the face where the hole is actually positioned, the four sectioned can be twisted around the puzzle axis to exchange the coloured pieces or move the hole to a different column.

The standard version allows individual twists of all four sections, while the special edition with the silvery reflecting colours is locked in the middle. So only top and bottom can be twisted, which causes a little bit more effort to solve the puzzle.

The colour design varies. There are also a lot of knock-offs available.
