One of Oskar's amazing floppy puzzle creations, available from Shapeways.
Shapeways offered this puzzle as a test fully assembled and stickered for a discount price of $81.
I should be mentioned, that the orange center piece is directly connected with the core and cannot be turned - differently to all five other "centers". So it should be handled with care, because after some twists the other pieces are also grouped above the orange layer and it can easily happen, that you try to twist them too, which would destroy the puzzle.
I think, this didn't happen to me accidentally, but at least the orange center popped out
because it was torn off after just a few first careful moves. I informed Oskar and Shapeways about this. It seemed I wasn't alone with my problem. Shapeways sent a replacement puzzle without further discussion within two days!
Also Oskar reacted and quickly designed a separate, turnable center for the orange stickered face. I drew a sixth hole into the core (although the additional piece came with a new core, too) and applied the new piece with an additional screw to the puzzle. Before this, I had to extend the hole in the new piece because otherwise the screw would have been visible above.
After that it was easy to sink down the screw deep enough and to reapply the sticker.
The new piece is white, although I ordered it in black.
But finally I am happy with that, because now it is easy to distinguish the two puzzle variants.
