This puzzle has some additional triangular pieces of a Rubik's Octagonal Barrel glued onto the square pieces of a Skewb. The Skewb corners were stickered accordingly to the new neighboring shapes. Although the extensions are very symmetrical, the Skewb becomes a Super Skewb, because the stickering is unique and allows only one solution of position and orientation (different to a standard Skewb, where the square orientation is not relevant).
The puzzle is from Dieter Gebhardt's collection.
It was made by Jean Claude Constantin.
Size: difficult to measure.
